The Mobile Mat
Anytime. Anywhere. Anyone
We bring the yoga to you. Anytime. Anywhere. Anyone.
"When I went out into the greater community, I noticed that many who had never done yoga were intimidated by the practice or had physical limitations. Others simply didn’t have time in their schedules to “go” to a yoga class. I started The Mobile Mat as a way to spread the benefits of yoga, in any and every way possible no matter the location, level, or physical ability of our students.
I have been active all of my life. I love to sweat work hard and yet, feel balanced and confident at the same time. In 2007 I fell in love with yoga, inspiring me to enroll in my first 200-hour teacher training in Eugene, Oregon. In 2011, I continued my yoga training in the Bay Area, completing my second 200-hour training. I’m trained and certified in Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power Yoga and Yoga for At-Risk Youth. I have also completed numerous specialty workshops, including pre and postnatal yoga, as well as yoga for seniors.
I am grateful every time I am able to step onto my yoga mat. Yoga allows me to calm my mind, feel connected to my physical body, and push myself in a healthy way. Yoga has brought so much clarity to my life, in mind, body and soul. I want to spread the life-changing benefits of yoga far and wide."

"Yoga with Di Gradstein is incredible. She facilitates a unique experience offering not only in-depth postures, but a holistic approach to the body and life. She is funny and nurturing, focusing on each person’s positions throughout the class. Whether it’s yoga at sunset by the Lake or yoga indoors, she is an inspired teacher who makes you want to keep coming back to deepen your practice.”
